Your trainer
Hi, I’m Professor Phillippa Diedrichs, PhD
I’ve worked with young people, helping professionals, researchers, policy-makers and brands across academic, community and online settings for 20 years to create and deliver evidence-based programmes that boost body confidence, prevent eating disorders and improve mental health.
These tools and campaigns have been tested in dozens of scientific studies and have now reached over 120 million people in 148 countries.
I was trained as a Master Trainer in The Body Project by its original creators, Dr Eric Stice (Stanford University) and Dr Carolyn Becker (Trinity University). I have led dozens of trainings, with clients from a variety of settings, from NHS England to Oxford University to school nurses, coaches and private practice psychologists.
I bring science, lived experience, and care to every session — and I’m here to support you to feel confident and prepared to deliver this life-changing programme in your own community.
I can’t wait to work with you!
